Refund policy

NuForm™ offers a 60-day return policy for eligible products purchased through our website. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Free promotional items are available while supplies last and may be substituted or discontinued without prior notice.
